Student Interest Form

All undergraduate students interested in national scholarships are encouraged to meet with the Assistant Director for Fellowships and Scholarships, Dr. Anne Wallen. You can schedule an appointment with Dr. Wallen by contacting the Honors Program main office at 864-4225. Before your appointment you must submit the following questionnaire.

III. Experiences or Interests
Name three experiences or interests that set you apart from your fellow students: (50 word limit each)
