Fulbright UK Summer Institutes

Student setting up film equipment

The US-UK Fulbright Commission offers three-to-four week programs for U.S.-citizen undergraduates in their first or second year of college. The UK Summer Institutes take place at universities across the United Kingdom, and each institute has its own focus. The institutes vary each year but have included topics such as the transatlantic slave trade, film and media, and Shakespeare.

The programs include airfare, tuition and fees at the host institution, accommodations, and in some cases a daily meal allowance.
